Payments & Policies

Payment:

  • Initial Visit $150
  • Acupuncture Follow-Up $80
  • Consultation $50

Payment is due at time of service, accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card, FSA, & HSA.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice your credit card on file will be charged the full price for the appointment scheduled.

No-show Policy:

If you fail to appear for a scheduled appointment your credit card on file will be charged the full price for the appointment scheduled.

Late Policy:

If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the remainder of your time-slot may be given to another patient.

Non-Refundable Payment Policy:

All services and products purchased are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for the full or partial price for any used products or services.

Refund Policy On Pre-Paid Packages:

Refunds are available on “reduced rate pre-paid packages”. However, if you choose to not complete the “pre-paid package”; the reduced rate is no longer applicable. The refund amount will be calculated on the non-reduced rate for each treatment used, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Insurance:

We are not participants of any insurance network (in other words we are considered an “Out-of-Network” provider). If you have out-of-network acupuncture benefits we can provide you with a “super bill” for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
